Some charging boxes need a extra protocol step to get the process started.
Most only need a 880Ohm "Signal" (Charge Ready) from the start on that you can disconnect to stop the charge.
A few also need a 2740Ohm "Signal (Vehicle detect) just before the switch to 880 Ohms (can be archived with a 1300Ohm in parallel).
Can you test the cable on a different box?
I do not see a toggle switch on your Typ2 plug.
Does it come with a magnet and reed switches?
