I've got a customer complaint case at Renault customer services adm, It's been a real struggle to get a Twizy and the insurance thing was the last straw.
"I hope you appreciate this is a niche product with a small market" was the classic line from customer services. No wonder if you cant lease one properly and your dealers say it's been discontinued anyway, and when you do get one, Renault themselves wont insure it. Wonder how many potential buyers never even got further than "hello i'd like to buy a twizy".
As a business customer, like hell I'll moving up to a Zoe or Kangoo ZE. I'd take my money to BMWi, Tesla or get a ranger/amorak.
