I fitted mine made by Royal Steering Wheels (thanks @mikenhelen) and it is made really fine.
The blue of the center stripe and the stitching is not the exact shade of the painted parts on the Twizy, but I think it's really close enough.
When I removed the steering wheel this is what I learned:
Of course disconnect the battery and wait at least 10 minutes.
︎ Don't try to release the lock of the airbag when the hole in the wheel is down. Everywhere you see a how to with the wheel in the standard position, but it simply won't work this way. Turn the wheel nearly 180 degrees and remove the contact key. Then the wheel locks and you can pry horizontal a small drill ,or perhaps better an Allen key, in the hole to press on the lock.
︎ To remove the connector on the airbag itself flip the yellow cap up. After that you can pull the whole connector out of its connection. To the side.
︎ I turned the wheel in the forward position and pulled the contact key again. It clicks in a locked position when turned a bit. Take a picture of the old wheel in this position. It helps to place the new one in exact the same position
︎ When using the 50 Torx in the center of the wheel, don't completely remove that bolt when loosening the wheel while bumping on it from the backside with your fist. That way you can control the release of the wheel and - important - help to get the airbag cable through the hole above the center hole.
