I just came home from the store with the Powerbox in my hand. Many thanks to Kenneth and a very high quality product. The Powerbox's box is miles better than packaging I've ever got from a Obd unit. This includes VCDS and numerous other expensive obd equipment.
I actually tuned the car on the parking lot of the store to get a chance to try it out on the way home. Went for Medium/sport everything else left as it is. And MY GOD what performance and throttle management. Every % the input is noticeable and it's really like going from a dull underpowered eco car to something that is really track-ready on a gocart track.
I'm coming from 8 years of Evo owning, tuning and track driving. The Audi R8, and have had everything from 348 hp S4 to Volvo S60R & a V70R just for naming a few. And I must say - I've always loved the Twizy for its full size handling but enormous grip and ability to throw G's since of its low weight. Its actually so fun to drive that it got me into looking for a Ariel Atom 3.5R instead of the R8. Same package as the Twizy but not as slow as the Twizy is in stock form. But that was before the box, and the impression so far with the tuning box, is that the power is so good, that I'll probably leave the Atom plans completely.
So I must say, this power, I would expect it from a gocart - not a Twizy.
And for the regen! The "Scandinavian flicks" on snow has got a new meaning to it. The way you're able to just flick it out and give it some gas and it will go very sideways even at about 30 mph or so. It's just so good, that even an old petrolhead/track guy like me gets goosebumps and wants to take another turn - even if it's -10C. But of course. Rwd, a lot of power and snow is just way too fun!
Btw 10-15 min of driving and power sliding only set me back 3% on the battery. The butt dyno really says that feels more the 72% faster but of course a Nm increase is very noticeable while accelerating, the last NMs of torque really makes a difference
