Just received a text from these guys and thought I would highlight the fact that this service exists. I definitely got confused with all the different things Renault offer and didn’t really get much in the way of clear documentation when I received my Twizy. Thought this might come in handy for someone if the unthinkable happens this winter.

The Twizy is probably one of the only vehicles this is relevant for in the UK.
Most of the time, these schemes-even manufacturer ones only serve to ensure their own services, staff, parts and courtesy cars get used to keep profits up.
Many policies word against using claims handlers, but some support Manufacturer based schemes.
I’ve seen these schemes before. Even if its not your fault this scheme will still inform your insurance company who will in turn still still bad grade you.
